Younger or older, Sandeman Medium Sherries are perfect expressions of Jerez. Result of their dual ageing, with and without ‘flor’, drier or sweeter, they combine toasted nuts aromas with a smooth taste, more savoury in the case of the Medium Dry and richer in the case of the Medium Sweet. The most versatile of all Sherries, Medium Dry make great aperitifs and perfect pairings with soups, patés, tapas, cheeses, and sweet-savoury-spicy plates. Medium Sweet are richer and smoother, and ideally match salty cheeses, fresh fruit bowls and light desserts. Both styles are long-time favourite ingredients in mixed drinks and cocktails.
