- 1 mozzarella cheese

Toast pine nuts in a non-stick frying pan. Slice mozzarrella and strawberries.
In a chopper, mix olive oil and basil leaves, season with salt and pepper.
Mix cheese and strawberries in a bowl. Season with basil-scented oil. Put on a place and garnish with pine nuts and a little freshly-ground pepper.
