- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg
To make the pastry base, beat the butter at room temperature, with the egg and sugar. When this mixture is white, add the flour and fold over with the help of a wooden spoon, to make a fluffy dough.
Divide the mixture amongst the 6 tart tins and spread carefully. Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for about 15 minutes.
While the base is in the oven baking, put all the filling ingredients in a pot and heat until the butter and sugar have melted.
When the pastry is ready, remove from the oven and with a cloth, press downwards to flatten. Cover with the filling and bake another 5 minutes. Lastly, place under the grill until caramelized.
