Sandeman Porto Reserves awarded Gold Medals in Vinalies 2014

The House of Sandeman is pleased to announce that its Reserve Range – Sandeman Founders Reserve and Sandeman Imperial Reserve - has been awarded Gold Medals by the prestigious Vinalies Internationales held in France.

In this competition, Sandeman was the most awarded Port Brand, winning a total of 5 medals. In addition to the success of the Reserves, Sandeman Late Bottled Vintage 2009 also won a Gold Medal. Both Sandeman Vau Vintage 1997 and Sandeman Vau Vintage 2000 were awarded Silver Medals.

Sandeman Founders Ruby Reserve and Imperial Tawny Reserve represent a blend of top quality wines, aged for five and seven years respectively in oak, combining the power, fruit character and vibrancy that epitomises classic Ports with the finesse that comes from meticulous ageing.

These awards reinforce Sandeman’s long established heritage in the making and shipping of the finest Port wines.
