Port Wine Recipe: Mozzarella with Strawberries & Basil-scented Oil

  • 1 mozzarella cheese
  • 250 g of strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 4 leaves basil
  • 50 g of pine nuts
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Toast pine nuts in a non-stick frying pan. Slice mozzarrella and strawberries.
  • In a chopper, mix olive oil and basil leaves, season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix cheese and strawberries in a bowl. Season with basil-scented oil. Put on a place and garnish with pine nuts and a little freshly-ground pepper.
