Port Wine Recipe: Mango, Papaya and Coconut Carpaccio

  • 1 papaya
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 150 ml of coconut milk
  • 200 g of fresh or dried grated coconut
  • Juice of 1 lime
Preparation
  • Open the papaya, remove the pips and sprinkle with lime juice. In the middle, add the mango cubes and grated coconut. Cover with coconut milk.
