Brandy de Jerez Recipe: Iced Coffee Cup

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Condensed milk (to taste)
  • 2 ladyfinger biscuits
  • Bring the water to a boil, dissolve the coffee and the sugar. Pour into a container and freeze until hard. Scrape with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
  • To serve, place in a coffee cup and cover with condensed milk to taste. Accompany with the biscuits.
