- 2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Condensed milk (to taste)
- 2 ladyfinger biscuits
- Bring the water to a boil, dissolve the coffee and the sugar. Pour into a container and freeze until hard. Scrape with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
- To serve, place in a coffee cup and cover with condensed milk to taste. Accompany with the biscuits.
