Port Wine Recipe: Chocolate Squares

Enjoy with Sandeman Porto Founder's Reserve Ingredients
  • 150 g of a chocolate bar
  • 1/2 cup of melted margarine or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of rice honey
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Pinch of salt
Preparation
  • In a pot, melt the chocolate over very low heat. Add the margarine and honey. Cool.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour and salt, add the melted chocolate and eggs.
  • Pour the mixture over a sheet of grease proof paper and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve with chocolate sauce.
