- 60 mL of Sandeman Porto Apitiv Reserve (or Sandeman Porto Fine White).
- 4 lime wedges
- 25 mL of sugar syrup (or 2 spoons of powdered sugar)
- Crushed ice
Muddle (gently crush) the lime wedges with the sugar in a tumbler.
Add Sandeman Porto Apitiv Reserve (or Sandeman Porto Fine White) and top up with crushed ice.
Stir well with a bar spoon.
