Port Cocktail: Caipi Sandeman

Prepare with Sandeman Porto Apitiv Reserve Ingredients
  • 60 mL of Sandeman Porto Apitiv Reserve (or Sandeman Porto Fine White).
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 25 mL of sugar syrup (or 2 spoons of powdered sugar)
  • Crushed ice
Preparation
  • Glass: Tumbler
  • Muddle (gently crush) the lime wedges with the sugar in a tumbler.
  • Add Sandeman Porto Apitiv Reserve (or Sandeman Porto Fine White) and top up with crushed ice.
  • Stir well with a bar spoon.
